Password & Email Management

Password security is an important issue. Passwords can become compromised due to security breaches or poor password safety practices. Please exercise caution and follow your organization's policy regarding the use of sensitive data and information. 

Changing Your Password

  1. Click Settings in the left-hand navigation menu.
  2. Under the "User Settings" heading, click Account.
  3. Type in your "Old Password" and "New Password" in the appropriate boxes.
  4. Confirm your New Password by typing it into the "Confirm Password" box.
  5. Click the Confirm button to save.

Your password is now successfully changed.

Changing Your Email Address

  1. Click Settings in the left-hand navigation menu.
  2. Under the "User Settings" heading, click Account.
  3. Under "Change Email," type in your new email address in the "New Email" box.
  4. Click the Confirm button to save.

 

Resetting Your Password

  1. Go to https://app.syncrofy.com/login.
  2. Under "Log In," click the "Forgot password" link.
  3. Enter your e-mail address in the box.
  4. Click the Send Email button. 
  5. To reset your password, follow the instructions contained in the e-mail you receive.
