Managing My Organization

Syncrofy administrators have the ability to edit their organization's business identifiers, add or delete subsidiary organizations, and edit their identifiers. 

Adding or Removing Business Identifiers

1. Click Settings in the left-hand navigation menu
2. Select "Organizations" under the "System Settings" heading.
3. Click on the Parent or Subsidiary organization you wish you edit. 
4. To create a new Business Identifier, click the Add EDI Identifier button on the right side.
5. Type in the "Qualifier," "Value," and "Sub Value" in the corresponding fields. 
6. Click the OK button to save. 

Note: To remove a Business Identifier, click the Delete icon to the right of the Business Identifier you wish to remove. Then click the Delete Identifier button.

Adding a Subsidiary Organization

You can also add your suborganizations so it's easier to access the information you need, when you need it. For example, a customer service representative may only require visibility into one of your subsidiaries. With the unique "Business Identifier" and the "Subsidiary Organizations" feature, it's all in one place. To add a subsidiary organization:

1. Click Settings in the left-hand navigation menu.
2. Select "Organizations" under the "System Settings" heading.
3. Click the Add Organization button on the right-hand side of the screen.
4. Type in the name of the company and click the Add button.

Note: You can add a business identifier by clicking on the company in the list of "Organizations" to the right of the company name. Then select the Add EDI Identifier button. For more information on Business Identifiers, read the help article.
