Inviting Your Team to Syncrofy

You can invite your co-workers to use Syncrofy and experience the self-service power and collaborative features that you already enjoy. Getting them access is easy and you can even have them set up with the appropriate permissions before they sign up, so they're ready to hit the ground running the second they log in.


Inviting a User

  1. Click Settings in the left-hand navigation menu.
  2. Under "Company Settings" click "Users" to view the User Management page.
  3. Select the Invite User button in the upper right-hand corner.
  4. Enter the user's name and email address in the text boxes.
  5. Click the Confirm button to save.

 The invited user will receive an email invitation with instructions on how to set up their account.

Removing an Active User's Access

  1. Repeat Steps 1-3 for "Inviting a User."
  2. Click the "Active Users" tab. 
  3. In the "Filter Users" box, enter the name of the user you wish to disable (or scroll down to find the specific user).
  4. Click the Disable button to the right of the name. 
  5. Click the OK button to disable the user's access to Syncrofy.


Removing an Invited User's Invitation

  1. Repeat Steps 1-3 for "Inviting a User."
  2. Click the "Invited Users" tab. 
  3. Repeat Step 3 above. 
  4. Click the Revoke button to the right of the name. 
  5. Click the OK button to revoke the invitation.
