Data Management

The Data Management page allows you to choose the length of time documents are stored in the system before they are deleted. You can also select your product identifier preference, which determines the identifier that appears first on the Document Detail Screen.


Data Retention

To choose the length of time that data is stored in the system: 

  1. Click the "Settings" link in the left-hand navigation menu and then "Data Management."
  2. Under "Data Retention," click the Edit icon.
  3. Enter the number of months the system will store documents.
  4. Click the Confirm button to save.


Preferences

To choose the Product Identifier label to be displayed on the Document Detail Screen: 

  1. Click the "Settings" link in the left-hand navigation menu and then "Data Management."
  2. Under "Preferences," click the Edit icon to the right of "Product Identifier Preference."
  3. Select the "Product Identifier label" dropdown menu and choose the identifier. 
  4. Click the Confirm button to save. 

 

Default Currency

To choose the Default Currency to be displayed in your documents: 

  1. Click the "Settings" link in the left-hand navigation menu and then "Data Management."
  2. Under "Default Currency," click the Edit icon.
  3. Select the currency you wish you use from the dropdown list.
  4. Click the Confirm button to save. 


Technical Datasets

To select whether Technical Datasets will be displayed: 

  1. Click the "Settings" link in the left-hand navigation menu and then "Data Management."
  2. Under "Technical Datasets," toggle the ON/OFF button (an orange checkmark signifies "Yes").
