Order Detail Screen
The Order Detail Screen provides full visibility into your orders by displaying important details including current status, associated exceptions, shipping locations, and more. To access this screen for a specific order, simply click anywhere in the order row on the main Orders screen. There are three main tabs on the screen: Order Summary, Order Information, Shipments, and Invoices. Here's a breakdown of what you can see and do on each screen:
Order Summary
- General information about shipment lead time, fill rate, and products that were shipped but not ordered
- Where the order is in the lifecycle and associated documents
- Exceptions related to the order and ability to manage
- "History" timeline to see the documents processed for that order including details on how they affected the order as a whole
Order Information
- Order details including dates and invoice information
- Each line item for the order
- Discrepancies in what was ordered vs. what was shipped
Shipments
- Shipment lead time, first and current shipment fill rate, and products that were shipped but not ordered
- Fill rate by line item or quantity
- Information on boxes and items included in the shipment
- Line items for the order
- Discrepancies in what was ordered vs. what was shipped
Invoices
- Date and total amount due for each invoice
- Product Identifiers plus quantity, unit price, and total dollar amount for each line item
- Exceptions pertaining to each invoice
- Direct link back to the invoice on the Document Detail Screen
Note: On each screen, you can view the buyer, seller, total amount, date of the order, and status in the header and view and submit comments and the bottom of the page.
Viewing an Order-Related Document
- Click the desired order row on the main Orders screen.
- In the "Order Status" timeline, click "View Document" under the order process step you wish to view.
- You will then be taken to the Document Detail Screen for that document. From there, you can search by line item, view acknowledgment status, billing, shipping, and vendor addresses, and view comments that have been submitted.
Viewing/Managing Order Exceptions
- Click the desired order row on the main Orders screen.
- In the "Exceptions" area, click on the exception you wish to view/manage.
- A pop-up screen will appear that will give you the option to change the "Status" or "Assignee."
- To change the "Status," click the Change icon to the right, select the status from the dropdown menu, and click "Save." To change the "Assignee," click "Assign a new user" and type the name of the user in the text box, then click on the user's name, and click "Save."

Note: A red alert icon next to Orders in the left-hand navigation indicates you have one or more orders with an exception.
Submitting a Comment on an Order
- Click the desired order row on the main Orders screen.
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and the comments section ("All comments for Order ABC123").
- Click inside the "Say something" text box and type your message.
- Click the Submit button.

Viewing Order Line Items
- Click the desired order row on the main Orders screen.
- Select the "Order Information" tab.
- In the "Line Items" section, view all the line items relating to that order that includes Product Identifier, Price, Quantity, and Fill Rate.
- Click the numbered pages or the Next Page icon in the lower right-hand corner of the section to advance to the next page of line items.
Note: A "+ X more" button in the "Product Identifier" column indicates there are additional products in the line item. Click the button to view them.
Viewing/Managing Order Shipment Information
- Click the desired order row on the main Orders screen.
- Select the "Shipments" tab.
- In the "Shipments" section, you can view the Carrier Reference Number, Bill of Lading Number, and the Carrier.
- The shipment fill rate percentage is displayed on the right side of the section. To view the fill rate by line item or quantity, select the dropdown menu arrow under the fill rate percentage and choose the desired metric.
To see specific items included in a shipment, click "Boxes" or "Items" under "Whats' Inside this Shipment?" Syncrofy will display the line items for box and item.
